Do you take returns?
At this time, due to the nature of our business and the size, we are not able to take returns. If you are unhappy with your purchase please let us know! We want you to be more than thrilled about any unique piece you purchase from us.
Please ask any and all questions before purchasing. Be sure to examine our photos to ensure that you are pleased with your purchase. Each piece has been previously loved and will have some "quirks." We feel that this adds to the character of the piece. We do ensure that each piece is structurally sound.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so if there are any problems with your item when you receive it, please contact us right away. We will do whatever I can to accommodate you. Your business means the world to us!
Can I pick an item up in person?
Yes! We allow customers to purchase items online and schedule to pick their item(s). We also offer local delivery for a fee.
How quickly are items shipped?
We try to ship items as quickly as possible, usually within 5-7 business days. Some items are hand made and made to order and will require more time to ship. Most orders will be received within 10-14 business days. We do not offer shipping on furniture and large home decor items but if you really love one of our pieces we will work with you. Just contact us to make arrangements.
My item doesn't look exactly like the photo, why is that?
Most of our items are unique and usually one of a kind. We try to show you exactly what you will be getting but sometimes we can't photograph all the special details. Some patterns and colors will vary slightly but not enough, in our opinion, to compromise the piece.
What does "vintage" and "antique" mean?
For our purposes, vintage means anything classic and previously loved from before 1994 but not quite an antique. Antique items are items that date from 80 - 100+ years old.
Are all your items new?
The majority of our items (with the exception of some stoneware, textiles, and 'Lifestyle' items) are previously loved do show some signs of use, which only add to the character and uniqueness of the items. We also have handmade items that are usually created from salvaged materials. All vintage items are in excellent condition and we know you'll just love them!
•Custom orders require a 50% deposit with balance and shipping fees due upon completion.
•Custom work may not be cancelled once work has begun. We will be happy to accommodate any design changes as best we can. Depending on how far along the work has progressed.
